Ask most people what AI governance feels like and they will describe a barrier. A form, a review, a no. That reputation is earned, because bad governance is a series of obstacles. But the good version does the opposite. It is built into the feature so the safe path is also the easy path, and it only interrupts when something genuinely needs a person.
