FIRST CONTACT CALL

In our first contact call, the candidate is provided with details of the selection process as well as the role, company, and benefits package.

TECH SCREENING INTERVIEW

During the first technical interview, candidates are asked a series of questions to know their technical abilities, test their soft skills, and evaluate their proficiency in English.

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW

This is a deeper dive into the candidates technical skillset. At the end of the interview, our technical recruiters provide a detailed report on the candidate’s performance which determines whether or not they move to the next round.

PAIRING SESSION

This is a 90 minute coding exercise. Candidates are sent the details of the exercise prior to the call.

CLIENT INTERVIEW

At the end of the screening process, successful candidates are presented to our client for a final hiring decision.
