We provide three months of paid training, allowing trainees to focus solely on their development. Upon completion, we conduct a thorough evaluation to ensure they meet our standards. We foster good practices, teamwork, accountability and happiness, we keep pushing them to learn new things everyday. This enables us to truly understand their capabilities and confidently recommend them for hire as trainees.

Once hired, Density Labs continues training and supervision of trainees while they’re on the job. We provide ongoing guidance and necessary support as well as ongoing check-ins with our clients and candidates to monitor progress and address concerns.
